Title:  PRR 7163 - Pennsylvania RR
Description:  This was a 1958 EMD GP9 and labeled a class EFS17m with a 1750 hp prime mover. Later it would become PC 7163. The date is approximate but with Warren Evans help, the date must be after 1966 when PRR used large numbers on the cabs. With the help of Daniel Andres, Jr, who identified the location, this was taken at upper Bel-Del yard in Phillipsburg, NJ. Forrest Trittenbach photo
