Description:  A rare (for this time of the year) daylight POED runs west through Kennebunk, Maine passing the old B&M depot with a proper leader. They were running on M427's time slot. I'd come down taking a gamble of a potential M427 with a CSX SD40-2 leader (which did end up trailing anyway) but a blue C40-8 works just fine too!

Description:  Pan Ams POAY with MEC 7523 - MEC 619 - MEC 7518 and 98 cars cruises west by the old depot in Kennebunk, Maine on a cold but sunny last day of winter. It was an unusually busy morning in eastern District 2 as EDPO from the day before had been held at Ocean Park to meet POAY, then POAY was held at Surf to meet AYPO. When POAY reached Wells they would meet a 39 car eastbound DO-1 and a slightly late Amtrak 683.
