Description:
Electro-Motive GP59 prototype/demonstrator units 8, 10 and 9 were parked on the west tie-up track in the Norfolk Southern's Oliver Yard, under the Galvez Street Overpass. The locomotives had been built in June 1985, were leased by the NS in late 1986 and purchased in early 1988, becoming NS 4606-4608.
