| EMD GP35-3 high-hood works the CSX yard in Connellsville. Built as SOU 2709 GP35 in January 1965. Later became NS 2709 GP35. Acquired by the W&LE in 1990 and rebuilt to a GP35-3 in June 1996. One of many paint scheme variations on the W&LE. This one is unique because it only has a logo on the cab. The old Alco Type B trucks are on thirteen GP35-3s owned by the W&LE. |
