GN 1331 - Great Northern  Contributor's Pick!       
Built by Budd in 1955, this non-fluted "slab slide" dome coach car had 46 seat coach, 24 seat dome, According to the Great Northern club website, this car went on to serve several railroads - as BN 4611 (unnumbered), as Amtrak 9410 in 1972 until retired in 1984, as Montana Rockies Daylight BKSX 9410 in 1995, as American Orient Express in 1998, as Montana Rockies Rail Tours RQAX 9410 in 2001-04, and finally on lease to Alaska RR in 2005. Not sure where it is now as a boomer like this keeps on moving around! Photo taken by an unknown photographer at the former CBQ shops area the GN passenger cars once shared with CBQ.
