Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly that was taken in Trenton, New Jersey, c. 1967. The photographer is not identified. Photo Caption: "Alco RS-11 #7624, 1800-hp, at Trenton, N.J." Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #7624, an AS-18M road switcher built by the American Locomotive Company as number "8624" in August of 1956, rated at 1,800 horsepower, and renumbered "7624" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Diesels On The Pennsylvania" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (819-35).
