| CELX 23107 was part of a train on the former DME/ICE line in Davenport, IA on 1-17-2012. Actually these are former Rock Island tracks but ICE/DME had trackage rights on this line. I don't recall if this car was painted blue, black, or grey and the early-setting January sun didn't help either! |
