PRR 1690, A-5S, c. 1948         
Here is a photo by Arthur B. Johnson that was taken in Wilmington, Delaware, on 28 March 1948. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1690, an A-5S (0-4-0) switcher built in Juniata during January of 1917 and retired in August of 1950 after 33 years of faithful service. Williams Collection.
