PRR 612, K-4SA, 1957         
Here is an image of a photo of a youthful Ed Kaspriske at the throttle of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #612 in 1957. #612 is a K-4SA (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata as a K-4S during April of 1917, later equipped with a front-end throttle and reclassified as a K-4SA, and retired in April of 1958 after 41 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. Edward Kaspriske Collection.
