Chione. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Shown here is a pair of Pennsylvania Railroad K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" steam locomotives just departing the Harrisburg Station with a passenger train bound for Altoona and points West. Note the trainphone apparatus on the deck of the lead tender. The photographer's name, the locomotive road numbers, and the exact date are not recorded. |
