| Description: |
Alco-Schenectady built this 2-10-2 Santa Fe type steam locomotive in July of 1920 originally as Boston & Maine #3000. It was later sold in December of 1936 to Maine Central as their #651. While diesels were taking the place of steam locos, MEC 2-10-2 #651 was sold for scrap in March of 1951. No date or photographer was listed for this photo unfortunately. |
