This was TOTAL luck on my end! A loaded coal train for Ashtabula Harbor races westbound on tbe old B&O mainline while the OHPA trash train crawls along the old P&LE River Track.

Ken Roble General When I was about 5 or 6 years old my uncle took me to this yard back in 1975 when it was wide open! I remember the Penn Central and P&LE units humping and lots of trains. Now look at it...nothing. When CSX took over the P&LE trackage they didn't want this yard so this is how it sits, dismantled the P&LE tower vandelised. So sad. 7/22/2005 6:18:32 PM
