This unit was delivered to the London Yard from EMCC. It was to be taken to UP Chicago for forwarding to North Little Rock. Observed in the yard
Originally built as an SD60M by EMD in October 1992. In August/September 2009 the unit was shipped to EMCC in Canada for conversion to an SD59M. It will be renumbered as UP #9900 -UP #9909 (exact number unknown but believed to be UP #9906). Serial number 926302-42.
