Solid dual flags

The "dual flag" scheme CP instituted shortly after taking over the D&H was slowly applied, and it took a long time for a significant number of units to get it. For a long time it was unusual to see even a pair of units in that scheme. Here, train 413 departs Binghamton with a solid set of four.
