LV Bicentennial Caboose #1776 / Lehigh Valley

For the nation's bicentennial, LV caboose 95085 was renumbered and painted in the LV Bicentennial paint scheme in December of 1975. The Bicentennial scheme consisted of white & blue sides, red cupola and ends with white stars on ends of both body and cupola. This was the only LV caboose to receive the scheme. The caboose was built by the LV Sayre shops between 4/30/40-3/31/41 and was classified as a late phasd 1 model.
