Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by R.P. Olmsted that was taken in Bay Head Junction on 26 May 1956. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5882, an EP-20 built by GM-EMD in April of 1949 and rated at 2,000 horsepower. In this context, it's poised for another passenger run to South Amboy on the New York & Long Branch line.
