Metra F40PH-3 102 and an unidentified ex-Amtrak F59PHI rumbles past the station at Western Avenue. The first car from the engines is one of the older Pullman-Standard Bi-levels, still wearing its original Metra paint. The F40PH was built in 1977 for the Reigonal Transit Authority, and has pulled Bi-Levels from Rock Island, Amtrak, RTA, and Metra. |
