Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Tom Smart that was taken in Cincinnati, Ohio, on 4 August 1960. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5704, New York Central engine #4088, as well as Louisville & Nashville engine #760. All were built by GM-EMD. #5704 is an EP-22 constructed in September of 1952 and rated at 2,250 horsepower.
