Description:  Here is page 14 of a 22-page booklet published by the Pennsylvania Railroad entitled "Modern Power For Today's Trains." It was issued originally during July of 1949. Partial Caption: "Now largely replaced in main line service by newer Diesel-electric and steam locomotives, it continues to serve on secondary trains and in branch line service." Shown here is PRR engine #3755, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during April of 1920 and retired in October of 1958 after 38 years of service.
