Description:  The engineer (on walkway) and conductor (on steps) had to cut off their train at Broadwater Road and pull&down to the yard office to fill the trailing WC unit up with water since the engine tripped an alarm, it was almost out and had to be isolated in Dexter, leaving just one unit to bring the train the last 20 miles.
