Description:  Conrail Shared Assets had released in March 1991, Norfolk Southern owned GP38 PRR #2943, with a special Conrail Blue paint scheme. It was celebrating Conrail's 25th anniversary. The engine had "Spirit of Conrail" under the cab and "Conrail Quality 25 Years of Safety and Service " on the hood. It is no longer in service.
